Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by A GRAPHICS TX LIC dba A-Plus Wraps (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to our customers (“you,” “your”). By booking our services, submitting a deposit, or engaging in business with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We specialize in:

Custom Car Wraps

Commercial Fleet Wraps & Branding

Paint Protection Film (PPF)

Ceramic Coating

All services are performed by our trained team with the highest level of care and attention to detail.

2. Quotes & Deposits

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

A non-refundable deposit of [Insert % or Amount] is required to book an appointment.

Remaining balance is due upon completion of services before vehicle pickup/delivery.

3. Vehicle Condition Requirements

Vehicles must arrive clean and free of wax, oil, rust, or major damage.

Additional preparation fees may apply if extra cleaning, sanding, or surface correction is required.

We are not responsible for underlying paint defects, prior bodywork issues, or damage caused by rust or corrosion that may affect wrap adhesion or durability.

4. Wrap Lifespan & Warranty

Wraps are designed to last 3–7 years, depending on material, care, and environmental conditions.

Warranty covers installation defects (such as lifting or bubbling) within 12 months of installation.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, pressure washing, harsh chemicals, or environmental wear.

Normal wear-and-tear, including fading or scratching over time.

5. Commercial Wraps & Designs

All custom designs require written approval before printing/installation.

You are responsible for confirming logos, colors, spelling, and final design details.

Once approved, design changes may result in additional costs.

6. Liability & Limitations

We are not responsible for paint damage that occurs when removing a wrap if the paint was already aged, chipped, repainted, or in poor condition.

We are not liable for loss of use, inconvenience, or business loss while your vehicle is being serviced.

Personal items should be removed from vehicles prior to drop-off; we are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Care for your wrap according to the aftercare instructions we provide.

Avoid high-pressure washes, abrasive cleaners, or automatic car washes that may damage wraps.

Report any installation issues within 14 days of pickup for prompt resolution.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.

9. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, artwork, and graphics remain the property of A GRAPHICS TX LIC until paid in full.

We reserve the right to photograph and showcase completed work for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Harris County, Texas.
